The yellow admin bar at the top of your site has a new menu called "This Page". It has context-sensitive shortcut commands that act on the page you're currently viewing. Actions can include "Help", "Edit", "Delete", "Lockdown" (to block from anonymous users) and "Add to Linkbar".
